Data were analyzed by descriptive analytic methods. T). Results: The results showed that the means of pain score were significantly different between three groups (P< 0/001). Post hoc LSD test showed that the differences between the breastfeeding and control groups (P <0/001) , breastfeeding and seed therapy groups (P = 0/002) and also control and seed therapy groups (P = 0/02) were statistically significant. Conclusion: Results showed that both methods of seed therapy and breastfeeding were effective for decreasing pain related vaccination in infants 6 and 12 months.
