en بررسی تاثیر طب مکمل بر عفونت و سرطان ناشی از HPV: مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک گیاهان دارویی Medicinal Plants مروری Review Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">مقدمه: ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی یکی از شایع ترین ویروس هایی است که از طریق جنسی منتقل می شود و در بین مردان و زنان در کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته دیده می شود. روش های درمانی جایگزین مانند استفاده از گیاهان دارویی و طب مکمل به دلیل عوارض کم مورد استقبال محققان قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی و مقایسه روش های طب مکمل در عفونت </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">HPV</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> و سرطان انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">مواد و روش‌ها: یک مرور سیستماتیک بر روی مطالعات انگلیسی و فارسی منتشر شده طی سال‌های 2004 تا 2024 در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">PubMed/Medline</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">Science Direct</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">Web of Science</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> و </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">Google</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> انجام شد. فرآیند غربالگری توسط دو نویسنده مستقل انجام شد. مقالات منتخب برای گنجاندن و حذف بررسی شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">یافته‌ها: در مجموع، 210 مطالعه مرتبط در سال‌های 2004-2024 جستجو شد و پس از ارزیابی متن کامل مقاله، 25 مقاله متن کامل مطابق با معیارهای واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند و در نهایت، 20 مقاله کامل به صورت سیستماتیک بررسی شد. چای سبز به دلیل داشتن پلی فنول ها و سینکاتچین ها و قارچ های درمانی شیتاکه و قارچ گانودرما از موثرترین و موثرترین مواد قابل استفاده در طب مکمل هستند که در درمان و پیشگیری از عود زگیل تناسلی تاثیر بسزایی دارند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="">نتیجه‌گیری: طب مکمل می‌توانند تأثیر مثبتی بر عفونت‌ها و سرطان‌های ناشی از </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra="">HPV</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra=""> داشته باشد. این داروها می‌توانند در پیشگیری از سرطان ناشی از مهار رشد غیرطبیعی و تثبیت ژنوم سلول‌ها موثر باشند. اما برای تایید این اثرات و اثبات اثربخشی طب مکمل در این زمینه به تحقیقات و آزمایش‌های بالینی بیشتری نیاز می باشد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span mitra=""><span style="color:#5b616b"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#5b616b"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction:</span></span></b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common viruses transmitted sexually and found among men and women in both developing and developed countries. Alternative treatment options, such as the use of medicinal plants and complementary medicine, have been welcomed by researchers due to their low side effects. The present study was conducted with the aim of reviewing and comparing complementary medicine methods for HPV infection and cancer.<span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Materials and Methods<span style="color:black">:</span></span></span></b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> A systematic review was conducted on English and Farsi documents published during the years 2004 to 2024 in PubMed/Medline, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The screening process was performed by two independent authors, and the selected articles were reviewed for inclusion and exclusion criteria.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Results<span style="color:black">:</span></span></span></b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black"> In total, 210 relevant studies were searched in 2004&ndash;2024, and after evaluating full texts of articles, 25 articles were opted in accordance with the eligibility criteria with keywords</span></span></span> <span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">&ldquo;</span>complementary medicine, medicinal plants, HPV infection and cancer,<span style="color:black">&rdquo; and finally, 20 full</span></span><span mincho="" ms=""><span style="color:black">‑</span></span><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">text articles were reviewed systematically. Green tea, enriched with polyphenols and sinecatechins, and therapeutic compounds from Shiitake and Ganoderma mushrooms, represent among the most effective substances utilized in complementary medicine for the treatment and prevention of genital warts. The synergistic effects of these bioactive components have demonstrated significant potential in reducing the incidence and recurrence of this condition, highlighting their relevance in integrative therapeutic approaches.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> Complementary medicine can have a positive effect on infections and cancers caused by HPV. These drugs can be effective in preventing cancer caused by inhibiting abnormal growth and stabilizing the genome of cells.
