fa بررسی اثرات ضدّ التهابی و ضدّ دردی عصاره هیدروالکلی بابونه در موش سوری نر Antinociceptive and Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Matricaria Chamomilla L. in Male Mice سایر موارد Other cases پژوهشي Research مقدمه: با توجه به نقش التهاب و درد در ایجاد تأخیر در درمان بیماریها و نبود درمانی مناسب و بدون عوارض جانبی برای التهاب و درد با داروهای شیمیایی و در مقابل خاصیت گیاه بابونه در رفع ورم و تسکین درد در طبّ سنّتی، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر ضدّ التهابی و ضدّ دردی عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه بابونه انجام شد.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش که بر روی 144 سر موش سوری نر نژاد NMRI با وزن 20-25 گرم انجام شد، حیوانات به طور تصادفی به 6 گروه هشت تایی شامل دو گروه شاهد (دریافتکننده نرمالسالین)، و گروه کنترل مثبت (دریافتکننده دگزامتازون با دوز 15 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم یا مورفین با دوز 10 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) و همچنین چهار گروه دریافتکننده دوزهای 600،800،1000 و 500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره هیدروالکلی بابونه تقسیم شدند. التهاب به وسیله تزریق زیرجلدی فرمالین به کف پا، تزریق گزیلن به گوش و درد نیز به وسیله تزریق داخل صفاقی اسید استیک ایجاد شد. دادهها نیز با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد عصاره هیدروالکلی بابونه باعث کاهش التهاب ناشی از گزیلن و فرمالین به ویژه در دوزهای 1000 و 800 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در مقایسه با گروههای شاهد و کنترل مثبت میگردد. همچنین عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه بابونه در تمامی دوزها به ویژه دوز 1000 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم، باعث کاهش درد ناشی از تزریق اسید استیک 0.7% در مقایسه با گروه شاهد میشود.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه بابونه در کاهش التهاب و درد مؤثر است. Introduction: Due to the negative role of inflammation and pain in the treatment of the diseaes, and in the absence of proper medical treatment because of the side effects of chemical drugs, this study was done to evaluate the function of chamomile herb to fix swelling and to relieve pain. In other words, anti-inflammartory and anti-nociceptive effects of hidro-alcholic extract of matricaria chamomilla L. was evaluated. Methods: In this study, 144 male NMRI mice weighting 20-25 g were divided in 6 groups: control (receiving saline), positive control (receiving dexamethasone at dose of 15 mg/kg or morphine at dose of 10 mg/kg) and four groups receiving doses (500, 600, 800, 1000 mg/kg) of hydro-alcoholic extract of chamomile. Inflammation was induced by subcutaneous injection of formalin into the plantar and xylene to hear. Nociception was also caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid. The amount of inflammation was measured by the diameter of the bottom feet by caliper and weight of the 7 mm of ear cut and comparing them with the control group. As well as the amount of antinociception was also measured by the number of abdominal stretch and compared with the control group. Results: Hydro-alcoholic extract of chamomile reduces swelling of feet and ears and abdominal pain. These reductions are evident, especially in high doses 800 and 1000 mg/kg (p <0.001 & P <0.05).
