fa تاثیر ماساژ ترکیبی بر روی شاخص‌های اسپیرومتری درکودکان مبتلا به آسم پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">  <strong>مقدمه: </strong>آسم، شایع­ترین بیماری مزمن دوران کودکی است. مزمن بودن، ماهیت تهدیدآمیز این بیماری، و عدم وجود درمان­های قطعی و پیشگیرانه برای آن باعث شده است تا بسیاری از والدین به دنبال روش­های درمانی طبیعی و بدون عوارض جانبی طولانی­مدت باشند. یکی از این درمان­ها «ماساژ» است . این تحقیق، با هدف تعیین تأثیر ماساژ ترکیبی بر روی شاخص­های اسپیرومتری کودکان مبتلا به آسم انجام شده است. </p><p align="justify">  <strong>مواد و روش­ها: </strong>60 کودک مبتلا به آسم در محدوده سنّی 13-6 سال به مطالعه دعوت شدند، که 58 نفر از آن­ها موافقت کردند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. مادران گروه مداخله تکنیک­های ماساژ را آموزش دیدند و علاوه بر درمان استاندارد آسم، هر شب قبل از خواب، به مدت 30 دقیقه در طی یک ماه، کودک خود را ماساژ دادند و گروه کنترل نیز فقط درمان استاندارد را انجام دادند. در هر دو گروه در ابتدا و انتهای مطالعه، اسپیرومتری قبل و بعد از ورزش انجام شد. نتایج حاصل با استفاده از آزمون­های آماری تی­مستقل، تی­زوجی، کای دو و کواریانس تحلیل شد. </p><p align="justify">    <strong>یافته­ها:</strong> میانگین سنّی کودکان 50/1 ± 16/8 سال بود. 7/51% از آنها­ دختر و 3/48% پسر بودند. سنّ شروع آسم در آن­ها 67/2 ± 61/4 بود. نتایج نشان داد که انجام ماساژ ترکیبی بر شاخص­های اسپیرومتری گروه مداخله تأثیر معنی­داری نداشته است(05/0 <P ). </p><p align="justify">    <strong>نتیجه­گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، ماساژ ترکیبی باعث بهبود شاخص­های اسپیرومتری و عملکرد ریوی کودکان مبتلا به آسم نمی­شود. اما تحقیقات بیشتری در این زمینه مورد نیاز است. </p> <p> <strong> Introduction </strong>:<em> </em>Asthma is the most common chronic medical illness of childhood. The chronic and potentially life threatening nature of these disease, and the lack of definite preventive and curative therapies lead many families to seek complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) treatments. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mixed method massage therapy on spirometric indexes in children suffered from asthma </p><p> <strong> Methods </strong>: 60 children with asthma of 6 ‐ 13 year ‐ old were invited to participate in this study only 58 of them agreed. They were divided into two equal groups randomly. Subjects in the massage therapy group received a 30 minute acupressure and massage therapy by their parents at home before bedtime every night for 4 weeks in addition to the standard asthma treatment. The control group received the standard asthma treatment alone for 4 weeks. A spirometry Test with exercise was done in both groups at the first and last days of the study. Data was analyzed use of SPSS18 software independent t-test, paired t-test, chi-square and covariance were used for data analysis. </p><p> <i><strong> Results </strong></i>: The mean age of the children was 8.16 ± 1.50 years. %51.7 of children were girls and %48.3 were boys and the mean onset age of asthma was 4.61 ± 2.67. At the end of the study, there was no significant difference in mean spirometric indices (FEV1, FVC, PEF, FEV1/FVC), (p>0.05). </p><p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: ltr"> <em><strong> Conclusions </strong>:</em> According to the obtained results, Mixed Method <strong></strong>massage therapy in asthmatic children, can’t improve spirometric indexes and pulmonary functions.
