fa گزارش یک مورد درمان بواسیر درجه 4 برپایه طب سنتی ایرانی گزارش مورد case report <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بواسیر، از نظر علمای طبّ سنّتی، توده‌ای است که بر سر رگ‌های مقعد ایجاد می‌گردد و عامل آن خون غلیظ سودایی است. درمان این بیماری در طبّ سنّتی از طریق پاک‌سازی خلط اضافی سودا از بدن و جلوگیری از تشکیل مجدد آن از طریق اصلاح عملکرد ارگان‌های دخیل در تولید آن و نهایتاً خارج کردن این خلط از عروق ناحیه‌ی مقعد امکان‌پذیر است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>گزارش مورد: </strong>مورد این مطالعه، یک مرد 69 ساله با مزاج جبلی بلغم صفرا بود که به مدت یک سال به بیماری بواسیر 6 پک درجه‌ی 4 از گروه نخلی خارجی و بدون خون&shy;ریزی مبتلا بود. بواسیر بیمار در طی سه جلسه در مدت&shy;زمان 6 هفته کاملاً درمان شد. اقدامات درمانی انجام&shy;شده برای وی شامل رعایت رژیم غذایی کاهنده‌ی تولید سودا در بدن، استفاده از داروهای قابض جهت بواسیر، استفاده از داروی پاک‌کننده‌ی کبد و کاهنده‌ی تولید سودا در بدن و داروهای ملیّن بود. همچنین از زالو جهت خروج خون سودایی استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با گسترش آموزش و پژوهش در حوزه‌ی طبّ سنّتی می‌توان رشد درمان‌های بر پایه‌ی طبّ سنّتی، مؤثر، غیر تهاجمی و کم‌هزینه را بر اساس توجه به فردیت بیمار (مزاج بیمار) انتظار داشت که در&nbsp; افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیمار سهم بسیاری دارند؛ بنابراین، لازم است پژوهش‌های بیشتری در این زمینه انجام شود تا به دنبال آن درمان‌های بر پایه‌ی طبّ سنّتی و بر اساس مستندات علمی گسترش یابند.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> According to opinion of the scientists of Iranian traditional medicine, hemorrhoid is anal lump that is created on the vessels and its factor is soda humor. Treatment of this disease in Iranian traditional medicine is to clear excess soda humor from the body and prevent its formation through modifying the organs involved in its production and finally remove soda humor from the anal vessels.</p> <p><strong>Case report:</strong> Patient is a 69-year-old man with basic tempered of phlegm and yellow bile that had external 6 Pack Level 4 hemorrhoids without bleeding. According to Iranian traditional medicine classification, hemorrhoid was from palm group. The patient was completely cured during the three sessions of 6 weeks. Medical interventions such as soda reducing diet, vasoconstrictors (hemorrhoid constricting) agents, hepatic clearance and laxatives were used. Also, hirudotheraphy was used for removing soda from the side of anal.</p> <p><strong>Discussion:</strong> With the expansion of education and research in the field of Iranian traditional medicine therapies can be developed based on traditional medicine, effective, non-invasive and low cost according to individual patient basis (based on the patient&#39;s tempered which is important in the quality of life.
