Introduction: With expansion of industrial life and increasing complexity of psychological and social phenomena, anxiety has become a part of human life. Therefore, this study aimed at investigating the effect of Milk - Dodder on anxiety components.
Methods: 40 people referred to traditional medicine centers were intervened for one month and multi-system anxiety questionnaire was performed as pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed through t-test using SPSS.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the subjects and the post-test scores significantly decreased compared to the pre-test ones, which means that after the intervention, the subject experienced significantly-decreased emotional, cognitive, behavioral and physical components of anxiety.
Conclusion: Milk - Dodder can be used as a supplement in medical centers and for certain diseases that anxiety is one of their characteristics.
